These terms govern your use of spectrum.example and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you accept them. Please confirm the trading entity, registered office and company number with your solicitor before publishing.
1. Who we are

2. Orders and contract
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline orders (stock, pricing errors, delivery restrictions) and will refund any payment taken.
3. Price and payment
Prices include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery is shown at checkout. Payment is taken at order and processed by our payment provider — we never see or store full card details.
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch within one working day. Delivery timescales at checkout are estimates. Risk transfers to you on delivery.
5. Right to cancel (14 days)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receipt for any reason. For hygiene reasons, opened supplement products cannot be returned unless faulty. Sealed, unopened items can be returned in resaleable condition; you pay return postage unless the item is faulty.
6. Our 60-day guarantee
If a product doesn't work for you, contact us within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (one guarantee refund per household). This is in addition to your statutory rights.
7. Faulty or incorrect items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Contact us within 30 days for a full refund; after 30 days we'll offer a repair or replacement.
8. Health disclaimer
Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated dose. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
9. Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be limited under UK law. Otherwise our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images, brand marks, product photography) is owned by Spectrum or licensed to us. You may not reproduce it commercially without written permission.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
